Purpose of data processing: Information about news, new guides, and possible events (live + internet) can be sent to the people in the register by e-mail.
Data content:
Only the person's name, e-mail address and city, as well as voluntary information regarding the company, title and/or professional interest are collected in the register. The information entered in the register will not be further processed in any way.
Regular sources of information: The content of the register consists of people registering themselves in the register, downloading free materials provided by the company, or participating in free trainings.
Regular transfers of data: We never transfer register data to other parties.
Data transfer outside the EU or EEA: The register is used in LianaMailer. LianaMailer is partly responsible for compliance with data protection regulations in the EU region. The company keeps the register data in Finland.
Register protection principles: The company protects the newsletter list with appropriate measures to access the account. LianaMailer does its part to ensure that outsiders do not have access to the registers.
Right of inspection: Everyone has the right to inspect their information in the register. The inspection is done by sending an inspection request from the e-mail address in the register to the contact person of the administrator of the register.
The right to correct and delete data: Everyone has the right to demand that incorrect personal data be corrected. Correction is done by sending a request from the e-mail address in the register to the contact person of the administrator of the register. The registrant can at any time remove his data from the register by using the Cancel/Unsubscribe function in each message, or by sending a deletion request by e-mail to the contact person of the administrator of the register.
